Model Rookie of the Year. Three feature wins, two track records, three starts in major events, - the World 100 at Eldora, the DTWC at Bardstown, Ky. and the North/South 100 at Florence Ky.
2002 -11 feature wins including the Dirt Track World Championship at Bardstown, Ky the Hoosier Fall Classic at Lawrenceburg, IN., for the third year in a row, and the Dirt Track National Championship at Florence, Ky. Feature wins at Florence & Bardstown, Ky. and
Lawrenceburg and Terre Haute, In. Raced at 7 different tracks in 3 states.

1999 - Last year in the Street Stock Division. He finished the year with 9 feature wins, 8 at
Twin Cities, N. Vernon, IN., 1 feature win at Red Hills Raceway, Sumner, IL.
Finished 2nd in points at Twin Cities.
1998 - 9 feature wins in the street stock division. 5 wins at Twin Cities and 4 wins at Red Hill.

1991 to 1993 - At age 16, Joey pulls on the track at Brownstown Speedway for the
first time, he won. In the first two years there were several heat races won, but no
feature wins. (But just wait...he's comin!!!)
2008 - Battle of the Bluegrass Modified Champion - 20 feature wins in 30 starts. Raced in 4 different states.
2007 - Battle of the Bluegrass Modified Champion - 16 feature wins - 16 top fives - 4 top
tens. Raced at 13 different tracks in 5 states.
2006 - Battle of the Bluegrass Modified Champion - 13 feature wins - 16 top
fives(excluding wins). Raced at 11 different tracks in 3 states.
2005 - Battle of the Bluegrass Modified Champion - 16 feature wins, finished in the top five 28 times during the year. Raced at 13 different tracks in 3 states. Won features at 9 of those tracks.
2004 - Joey began the season competing in the Late Model division. Then back to the Open Wheel Modified class that he enjoys more that anything. The remainder of the season had the Rocketman and his teams with "ups" &
"downs" due to testing and experimenting. Tests were conducted to benefit a fresh start in 2005. We are now in the process of creating a "Ready to Roll Rocket" for 2005 with new and innovative equipment. We also have
added a Lightning Chassis.
